This is the pipeline for RNA Seq analysis for labs in the HMS Immunology Department

• You must have R & Rstudio installed on your computer. Instructions can be found in [here].(https://github.com/alosdiallo/HMS_Immunology_RNASeq/blob/master/R_Rstudio_Installation.md)
• To use HMS O2 Cluster, you should install the following:
  • Putty & WinSCP (for Windows).
  • (for Linux).

1. mouse: mm9, mm10
   
2. human: Hg19, Hg38
   

This application utilizes the following R packages:

1. DESeq2
2. edgeR
3. PoiClaClu
4. biomaRt
