I am looking for a simple way to convert a CDI image into GDI. Is it possible to add CDI input support to the cmdline tool?

Per the instructions, you're only supposed to select tracks 4 and onward if rebuilding a disc with CDDA because GDIbuilder only cares about the high density (DC) area of the disc.

Users who aren't familiar with how this works can accidentally try to build with track 2 as one of their CDDA tracks. Do something to discourage this mistake from being made.

I tried extracting a GDI (Napple Tale) and then rebuilding the GDI without making any changes. I noticed some differences in the rebuild GDI. When viewing an original GDI in GD-ROM Explorer, the files have a timestamp of "9/25/2000 8:02:22 AM". When viewing the rebuilt GDI in GD-ROM Explorer, the files have a timestamp that is offset by 9 hours earlier (9/24/2000 11:02:22 PM). Also, in the rebuilt GDI, the directories have their modified timestamp set to the time it was rebuilt (e.g. now) in what appears to be UTC time. I even tried altering the modified timestamp of the directories in the extracted contents, but it not seem to matter.

The original GDI has an empty directory of DPWWW/MODEL. This directory does not get restored when recreating the GDI.

This original GDI has a volume label of "NAPPLE_TALE". The rebuilt GDI has a volume label of DREAMCAST. Is it possible to restore the original volume label automatically via command line?
