S3 subcommand to list and upload

Use boto library to connect to s3, and perform these actions.

  1. List items in a bucket.
  2. Upload item to bucket

Limitations

cotu is not an aws client, the intention is to interact with a single bucket. This bucket has to be already existing.

Security

It is requested to the user to create a specific user for this application and assign minimum permission which is allowed.
