Option for -exclude?
Do either of these have an "-exclude" option (i.e. will remove the sequences in the list, and return all sequences not matching those in the list)?
header name is not found when it's not exactly matched
Hi, when the the header name is something like:
>ENST00000641515.2 CDS=61-1041
and I give the name like ENST00000641515.2 in the list, the tool doesn't find it. the kentUtils version does find it but it doesn't have the --keep-list-order option which I needed.
