electron-packager failure to generate exe

electron-packager . iiotDeviceEnablement --overwrite --platform=win32 --arch=x64 --prune=true --out=release-builds --version-string.CompanyName=Moxa --electron-version=1.8.1 --overwrite=true
fail to lookup node_modules dir & css

Missing Gruntfile

I tried running the build script. There is no Gruntfile committed to the repo.

$ npm run build
