The mod doesn't have any sort of license or copyright notice. The problems with not including these are outlined here https://choosealicense.com/no-permission/.
This is probably important, especially when there have been issues in the past with certain people stealing the mod and reuploading it in their own name. Note that some licenses, such as the BSD-0-clause, Unlicense, and WTFPL would allow this, and you should probably avoid them if you want to maintain control over who can distribute the mod.
Also note that some licenses are probably incompatible with distributing over the Steam Workshop, such as the GPL.
