Dear all,
I use the parf library extensively for image classification applications. In 
some cases when I use the option -i for full calculation of variable 
importances the resulting text contains the headings only but not the values 
for the attributes. If I than reduce the number of trees (e.g.from 500 to 300) 
the values are calculated correctly for the same ARFF file. If I use the option 
-if for calculation of the Gini Index everything is fine.

I use different Ubuntu 10.04 machines with a parallel version of parf as my 
train data sets are large (> 62000 instances with up to 22 numeric attributes)

I am looking forward for any recommendations.
