Turn this project into a Static Site generator that installs globally and generates a whole node project for you to create a static site with some technology options.

The generator should be installed by:

$ npm i -g create-static-site

Afterwards, the command should be used like:

$ create-static-site

Which should prompt the user like a yeoman generator so take-in user info and preferences in order to generate a project. More iterations and features on later releases, but the focus should be on a simple generator with a simple server and static directory.
