Clicking on an .active button deactivates it, but the hover behaviour makes it look like it hasn't been deactivated.
Can the :hover state be different?

Good practice has the .active state be different by more than just colour, for visual accessibility.

• Primary 3 programme buttons: only the last one is focusable
• None of the accordions are focusable
