would you be able to add a crossdomain.xml file to the route of http://www.zippopotam.us/ to allow use from flash?

like so:

<cross-domain-policy>
  <allow-access-from domain="*" />
</cross-domain-policy>

or is there any particular reason why you wouldnt want people to use it from flash?

Since you're using jQuery UI autocomplete , I was wondering if I can use bootstrap typeahead instead ?
I tried to do it myself but I'm a beginner in JS.

$("#city").autocomplete({ source : ville , delay:50, disabled: false, minLength:0 });

As long as your app doesn't need more than 1 concurrent process, you can host it on Heroku for free. (I'd submit a pull request, but I don't know what your pip dependencies are: see https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/python for a guide to setting up Heroku-compatible Python apps.)
