Whenever a BugHunter™️ !addnote-s, the note is added to the reproducibility section of the ticket. Would it be possible that when the first note is created for a ticket, a new section is formed named **Notes** and posted under that?

For example, instead of this:

it would be this:

Ofcourse, with the actual green tick icons, not the default ✅ ones.

Earlier today, Bug Bot needed to be restarted because commands weren't working. However, commands that posted to trello were working just fine, it was only the commands that entered data into the database that weren't working. The bot should properly check for a "gone away" SQL server and reconnect if that has happened, this would avoid the need to keep "restarting" the bot every hour when the connection is dropped.

With a !version <stable|ptb|canary|> <android|ios|windows|mac|linux> command, it means that Bug Hunters™️ don't have to waste our time telling people to rather:

1. Check the pinned messages
2. Run a command that we pasted from #bug-hunter-general
3. Ask someone else

Let's say User A (Generic#1234) has a bug, and is asking in #general-chat for how to get the version number. Bug Hunter A (BugBuster#4321) is online and asks:
What build are you on, and what Operating System?. Generic#1234 replies with ptb on windows. BugBuster #4321 then runs !version ptb windows and it outputs the most recent version of the Windows PTB build.
