As a Developer, I want to be able to spin up the community app using Docker in under 60 seconds, so I can start development quickly.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Uses Docker
• App has at least a title
• App has styling

Notes:

• Don't need authentication

As a Developer, I want a suite of Unit Tests from the beginning, so that I never write a piece of untested code.

As a User, I want to be able to add my favorite recipe to my menu bank, so that I can start tracking my menus.

As a new Developer, I want to spin up the app using Docker in under 60 seconds, so that I can start development with no blockers.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Available via CLI

As a tech-minded person, I want to be able to run a CLI command with a recipe webpage as an input and receive a recipe object back as a return.

Acceptance Criteria

• Cli command exists that accepts a single argument of a web address.
• If the web address contains no valid recipe markup, the command fails with an error message.
• If the web address contains valid recipe markup, the command returns the markup.
