hello, I have some trouble in installing the plugin when initializing the server. Could you please help me fix it?

I tried to change the password to a custom password but it is read incorrectly. In the log there are random symbols for the password:
Fake rcon is P��� The password has four letters and begins with s

This broke with the new MetaMod update

hi there a bug with version of windows. i use plugin with ubuntu and no bug but a mate use with windows 10 and the serveur crash when he try to log "fake_rcon_password password"

Can you please release Windows versions as a .zip? I shouldn't have to install extra software just to unpackage this. It is not a large enough set of files to justify rar compression.

Most server providers won't let you add the rcon.txt into the bin/linuxsteamrt64.
There are often also limitations with the launch parameters with hosting providers.

Would you please mind updating the plugin so that it uses the same sv_password, or to make it possible to put the rcon.txt somewhere else?

Although there was recently a 1.2.1b release, this doesn't seem to work for Linux.

MetaMod simply won't load the plugin properly:

I'm confident that the plugin is properly installed.

Trying to install this on our scrim server hosted on CKRAS

I don't have permission to upload files to /bin/ folder, is there a workaround?

I managed to install metamod and it lists the fakercon plugin successfully.

J'ai mis le plugin et les fichiers de configuration dans le serveur. Mais je modifie le password dans le config.ini mais lors du lancement du serveur il garde le password par défaut, alors que le fichier est bien sauvegarder.
