Please remove deprecated plugins.

In Jenkins UI there is a warning of deprecated plugins, could you please remove those from the plugins list.

Update proxy root url with JENKINS_HOSTNAME var or instance IP address.

The current theme css style sheet has been deprecated, update with newer and more up-to-date theme. Also, increase the available list of colours.

Removed plugins:

• ec2-deployment-dashboard
• windows-slaves

For security improvements as these plugins are no longer maintained

Please update image tag to v2023.04.

The current tag is 1 yr out of date, along with old plugins and out of date base image.

Add the ability to preview env. This should also use same spec files as K8s kustomization resources
