Reproduce error as indicated below.

Append the following lines to the end of the static async Task Run() method in the Program.cs of the sample application and execute the sample.

var contentStream = new System.IO.MemoryStream(new byte[] { 65, 20, 65 });

var originalFile = await client.FileSystemManager.UploadNewFileStreamAsync(rootFolder.Id, "Original.txt", contentStream, true);

var success = await client.FileSystemManager.RenameFileAsync(originalFile.Id, "RenamedFile.txt", true);

var renamedFileInfo = await client.FileSystemManager.GetFileSystemInformationAsync(originalFile.Id);

The call to RenameFileAsync() in the second to last added line is expected to perform a rename of the uploaded file "Original.txt" to "RenamedFile.txt". It will, however, always fail returning false. The uploaded file will not be renamed and keep its name at "Original.txt".
