introduce Github Actions to build and submit release automatically

apply the yaml we produce so as to provide a ready-to-run apk without building the app
update readme to point users to download the apk/aab if needed

Revise custom modifier implementation

The recommended way to define a custom modifier have changed. Let's take a look at that and see if we have to update the implementation.

[feature] haptic feedback

As this repo is getting more positive feedback than expected, it is also good to port the pager haptic feedback done previously for another project to this one as a demo.

Effort less than 30 minutes.
