Documents pages assembled in alphabetical order rather than scanned order

Document is assembled in order of name rather than the order that the pages were fed into the machine. Only matters for documents of 10 or more pages. In this doc of 22 pages, the order was 10-19,1,20-22,2-9, instead of the expected 1-22.
