Hello everyone,
I am running JeDi-DGVM model for my research purpose. as I have build the JeDi-DGVM model with PGI compiler available in our HPC system as per compatibility. Jedi. X executable build sucessfully in the Build directory.
I am running this model for Indian region at a resolution of 0.25 degree. and i am providing forcing files from ECMWF reanalysis dataset. while running the model i am getting an error:
Index mask not found in the created file globe_surf.srv
i have provided elevation.srv, paw.srv, landsea.srv, latitude.srv and longitude.srv as surface input files to the moel.
pr.srv, tas.srv, rlns.srv, rsds.srv as forcing file to the model.
