try and use the simple-statistics functions for sums and quantiles to see if it will help with floating point problems.

Problem

The parser renders the escaping quotations.

Scenario

first,last,address,citystate,zip
Cory,Silva,123 some st.,"Vista, CA",12345

Result

INSERT INTO tablename ( first, last, address, citystate, zip, F ) VALUES
  ('Cory', 'Silva', '123 some st.', '"Vista', ' CA"', 12345)

Expected Result

INSERT INTO tablename ( first, last, address, citystate, zip, F ) VALUES
  ('Cory', 'Silva', '123 some st.', 'Vista, CA', 12345)

PS: I have been interested in building something similar, but never thought of the off-hand stats -- that is really useful.

might be cool to be able to provide a regex to match and a replacement that could be applied per item - could be used to strip formatting or prefix/suffix data.
