As a user I would like to drag and drop items that I (the user) submitted.

AC:
Ability to drag and drop own retro submitted items.
Cannot drag another user submitted item

As a user I would like to have three columns where a user can add a retrospect to the board.

Acceptance Criteria:
Columns:

• What went well
• What went poorly
• What we can do better

A text input where a user can input a brief topic and submit it to a chosen column.

The column selector is a drop down - with each column name.

As a user I would like to vote on a submitted retro item

AC:
Each user can vote 5 times
A retro item gets updated instantly on select of positive or negative selection (up or down)

A retro board should have a configurable title for a retro

Refactor the title story to use Elm Ui

AC:
Should work but with elm ui now
