This is the free version of the MailHops API

By using this you must agree to the terms of use covered in http://www.mailhops.com/terms
 
Get the geoip file and unzip it

	$ wget http://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLiteCity.dat.gz
 
You can also setup a cron job to pull this monthly
 
	$ crontab -e
 
#Sometimes maxmind updates on the 2nd others on the 6th
0 0 10  * * /path/to/v1/cron_get_geoip.sh
 
Install Pear Libs
 
	pear install Net_DNS2
	pear install Net_DNSBL
	pear install Net_GeoIP
	pecl install mongo

Edit lib/MailHops.php

	Set GEOIP_FILE
	Set IMAGE_URL	(optional)	
	Set DNS_SERVER	(optional)
	
If you want to use a database, I would suggest signing up for mongolab.com

	Set user/pass in lib/Connection.php
	Set $db_on = true in lib/MailHops.php
