I noticed the following things that need some attention:

• update .nvmrc
• update .ruby-version
• update package.json with latest modules
• clean up Gemfile — there's unused gems
• remove old notes from top-level dir

Maybe more to come but I wanted to jot these down before I forget.

Könnt du, Kata und Lalo auf Spanisch schreiben, und dann fragen wir Lena oder Karin ob sie auf Deutsch übersetzen können?
