WHAT IS FADER?

Fader is a simple video effect generator utility. It creates a slow-motion
effect by fading between frames of an animation.

You'll need the following libraries to compile fader:

* CxImage library
  http://sourceforge.net/projects/cximage
  Extract it to ../CxImage.

* JPEG library
  ftp://ftp.uu.net/graphics/jpeg/jpegsrc.v6b.tar.gz
  Extract it to ../CxImage/jpeg.
