Hi!

I had looked for a bot that would auto-unassign after some period of time, and ideally with a warning first. So imagine my excitement when I saw this bot that RFG uses!

I added it to my project, but noticed it warns people by telling them to reach out to the RFG people on Slack in the #casa channel, which doesn't really work outside of the rubyforgood/casa repo.

Has anyone considered setting this up so more of the text responses are configuration strings so it could be used in external projects?

(I can also just clone the repo on my own open source project and change the text directly, but figured I'd propose this thought.)

Also I'm happy to work on this too if this is a thing you all wanted to do.
