User can export reports about human-essentials HOT 9 CLOSED

I have notes about several reports that Rachel asked for. I'll write those up as new issues and link them to this. Each report should have a print button that allows it to be downloaded as a PDF.

@pdxdiaperbank do you have any further ideas about what exactly you would like to be able to export? Like how would you like to use it? Is there something we could offer that's better than "take a screenshot"?

@cattywampus Thanks, Keith! Obviously, the first (most prioritized) report should be the distribution reports (ticket) to our partner agencies. But you guys probably already knew that.

Is this still active or was it closed with #17

@sunsheeppoplar #17 didn't resolve this particular issue (it doesn't really allow for exporting, AFAIK) -- so if you'd like to try something out for this, have at it! See Keith (@cattywumpus's) comment above [ https://github.com//issues/13#issuecomment-303506745 ].

@cattywampus If the issues you open for these features completely cover this issue, could you just close-and-comment this one with ref #s to those new issues?

I spoke to Rachel and we're going to put this on hold til later in the testing phase so we can get more feedback on the types of reports that would be more helpful.
