I try to redownload via xmlrpc in php but it's doesn't work.

I use this to find a solution.

rtcontrol --exec 'stop= ; close= ; f.multicall=,f.set_create_queued=0,f.set_resize_queued=0 ; check_hash=' \
          --from stopped // -/1

I converted this instruction in php

$rtorrent->call('d.stop', [$hash]);
$rtorrent->call('d.close', [$hash]);
$rtorrent->call('f.multicall', [$hash, '', 'f.set_create_queued=0', 'f.set_resize_queued=0']);
$rtorrent->call('d.check_hash', [$hash]);
$rtorrent->call('d.open', [$hash]);
$rtorrent->call('d.start', [$hash]);

After asking for help in IRC but getting almost no help even after searching the wiki, maybe I can find some help here!

I have a large torrent that is being hash_checked even with option hash_check=no in .rtorrent.rc file.

Why does this happens and how to avoid hash_checking of any torrent?

@pyroscope if you're not available or interested in maintaining this project anymore, I'd be willing to become a co-maintainer. It'd be great to get all the different commands documented.
