I am a student who has just come into contact with 61850. If the prefix field is not used, must it be a space " ", and why can't it be ""?
Because I saw some SCL files where the prefix does not have a space.

avec la nouvelle version de SCL qui donne les memes valeurs de l'attribute "name" à plusieurs balises comme "DataSet", "ReportControl " et "GSEControl" , scl-loader écrase les objets qui sont déjà crées donc, à la fin on ne trouve que la dernière balise.

Exemple:

Merci d'ajouter les modification nécessaires pour qu'il devient capable de prendre en charge toutes les balises même avec des noms identiques.

Is it possible to add an interface that modifies the SCL file?
You can use this tool to first, load and parse the SCL file, so as to parse the elements in the SCL to a python type variable, and then modify the specified elements through lxml, and synchronize them to the SCL text file.
** if it is possible, maybe i can submit a PR **
