removeLists not only removes lists but also emphasis.

Example:

IMPORTANT SECURITY NOTE: Set foo before bar!

becomes just "Set foo before bar!"

I understand not wanting to have the stars in the final PHP code.

Possible solutions:

• Document in the source or in a potential README, that double star syntax is not supported and double underscore syntax should be used instead
• Automatically convert double star syntax to double underscore syntax
• Find an even better representation of emphasis for use in PHP comments and convert double stars to that
• rename the method from removeLists to removeListsAndEmphasis or just removeStars
• A combination of the above
