Your Turn 9 in 02-Transform-Data refers to total number of children of a single gender. Should change this to be total number of children of a single sex.

select( ) helpers slides reference the storms dataset and shows selecting a column called storm. This should probably be name i.e. name of the storm.

Slide in 02-Transform-Data has a slide called "Logical tests" (slide 31) but %in% is not really a logical test. ?Comparison help page has the title Relational Operators. This may be a better title.

These Tidy Data materials are awesome! I'm teaching a workshop in a few weeks and wanted to change all the gather/spread references to the updated pivot functions. I'll make some other changes for my own purposes, but thought the pptx with only those changes might be useful for others; so I made a repo, documented what I did, and put it here: https://github.com/swmpkim/tidyr_teaching_materials

The babynames dataset has been updated in the {babynames} package so that the totals and subtotals presented in the slidedeck are out of date.
