Ansible role for installing Prometheus monitoring system.

Role installs and manages services using systemd. Currently supported Prometheus modules:

• Prometheus
• Node_exporter (collects metrics of host machine)
• Alertmanager
• Push_gateway
• SNMP_exporter
• Blackbox_exporter

Playbook includes extensive configuration options check default/main.yml

Pull requests are always welcome! If you'd like to contribute, please:

1. Fork this repo
2. Make your changes in a feature branch of the forked repo
3. Raise a Pull Request. Please make sure you:

• Update the documentation where necessary (README.md as well as anything in docs/)
• Include as much information in the PR as you can about the change
• Test the changes to ensure they don't introduce any problems

To "install" this role, you can either install via Ansible Galaxy:

ansible-galaxy install llamalump.ansible-prometheus

Or you can simply clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/llamalump/ansible-prometheus.git

• Systemd
• Firewalld (the role will install this for you, and open the required ports as well)
