PS: This is Rsolr 1.0.2
We are currently unable to run Blacklight with more recent RSolr's, for reasons that I personally do not understand, but I think either Erik or Cbeer have filed other issues on that. That's a diff issue though.

Hi Jonathan,
To make a long story short, pagination was added to rsolr, then it was almost removed, and now it's there to stay. The deprecation warning is an annoying side effect of that flip-flop.
The reason Blacklight is not able to use more recent versions of rsolr, is because rsolr-ext is not yet compatible with rsolr. rsolr-ext needs to have its pagination removed to work properly with the new rsolr.

Okay, thanks. Blacklight master is now working with current rsolr, by
virtue of never passing it a :page or :per_page key, Blacklight now
calculates the Solr start/rows params itself.
Do you think it makes sense to release a patch release of Rsolr
without the deprecation warning, if it's spurious?
