1. Update README.rst
2. Update the bot to be able to commit multiple class changes simultaneously.
3. Update poll to take in an XML file with which an if-then format can be specified.

When a user types in the CRN, Major or Course - we should be able to provide basic auto-completions.
Also, improve the main CLI interface in general. It is very clunky in its current form.

The idea for the XML file is to allow users to specify a course of action for when a class or group of classes are found to be free.

So you could specify something like:

<monitor> CRN_A </monitor>
<monitor> CRN_B </monitor>
<add> CRN_X </add>
<delete> CRN_Y</delete>

This will effectively add X & Y when A & B are found to be free.

Users shouldn't have to manually install the requests library.
