In order for this blog environment to work on Wakari, we need pandoc. Ian at Continuum installed pandoc for me, but we need it available for all users in order for this to be sharable.

The last step of the instructions show you how to publish the working site using make github. How do you also synch the edited input content that now only lives on Wakari? I assume there is an easy way to switch to different branches and synch the full tree?

If we're going to all be working on the same content as part of the system-test we need a way to manage both the input files and the generated site.
