As a FECFile user, I want to build FEC Data File (JSON) to include Individual Receipt transactions.

Acceptance Criteria ~~ **Follow the attached format specs for field validations

• JSON Format:
  • For Individual Receipts, data file should have all the fields listed in format specifications (Please see the attached format specification)
  • Partnership memo transaction is a child transactions and in the JSON format it should be a part of Partnership Receipt NOT a separate transaction
  • All JSON elements should follow proper naming convention(Same naming convention should be followed everywhere)
  • After building the JSON, the data file should be validated to ensure it

Header - "Tools" and "Profile" seems to drop about 2MM lower than the rest.

Reduce padding between the FEC logo and name and the boarder below it. - Refer to the attached mock-up.
