I've managed to solve the issue.

Until the author fixes it, you may want to copy this snippet in your generateAssetsClass.js

Basically, the file wasn't looking and storing properly for sprite sheet files. I've fixed it just to make it work, I'm not sure it's a consistent fix, but it's generating the correct assets now.
