Consider supportting langpacks about libdnf HOT 6 CLOSED

Please note I have plan to retire dnf-langpacks package soon. This dnf langpacks plugin has become obsolete now. I don't follow this libhif or rpm-ostree development closely but when I get free time, I will go through this.

The support is already inside depsolver. Now the langpacks are based on the packaging tags. So by installing "langpacks-$lang" meta package means you want $lang and dependency solver will just take care of installing proper langpacks for current installed packages and the next time you install another package. This issue and coreos/rpm-ostree#268 should be IMO closed or do you have any better langpack support in your mind, @cgwalters ?

Well, I don't know about Atomic yet but if you take Fedora Workstation, langpacks do not get automatically installed. So evenif you install Workstation in say Japanese language (ja_JP), you will not get any langpacks packages installed on your Fedora Workstation system.

I just installed latest F24 Atomic iso in KVM in it_IT language. And only executed these commands. I can't see any langpacks installed.

Atomic Host is currently intended to be a compute node for containers. However, in order to make the underlying rpm-ostree technology more general purpose, we need to support installing systems with translations.
