Ping thing socket issues while confirming tx

A quick spot check shows that 100% of the "errors" actually landed OK

We need to address the problem of overloaded sockets on the shared LBs. This will be a problem for other clients, too.

Add support for Jupiter SWAP API

The jupiter swap api has a function where they generate a transaction for you. Add a ping-thing version for the Jupiter swap api that basically retrieves a transaction body from the Jupiter swap api, then submits that transaction and follows up on its confirmation.
