Describe the bug
When application screen is small, theme switch widget gets hidden behind search bar.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open app
2. shrink the size of the window

Expected behavior
Search bar should adjust its width to accommodate the a theme widget. Widget should be visible and accessible.

Context Menu tooltips are not visible on the small screen

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the app
2. Shrink window size
3. Open the context menu and hover over the options
4. Options tooltips will not be visible, because they appear outside of the app border

Expected behavior
Tooltip should be visible when hovering over the options. Preferably on the left side
