I propose you some transformation functions for data and some refinement

Hi Rossella,

I propose you some method in order to transform data to show in component and to split data for regions.
We will make more transformation in data regions (for example removed specific region data, now is grouped by region) and reuse component for Italian data also for display region data.

This is a propose, there are many refinement to do in new version of data, based on the goals you want.

I also change some folder name and moved some files in folders.
