LCO Workout App is a prototype of Fitness training app . It features:

• Daily Exercise Challange : It will display a challange to user to work out 5 (random or daywise) exercises everyday.

• Time Tracking Exercise with Music : User can perform those exercise in a time tracked and rep count tracked environment with regular breaks of 20 seconds. User can also control in app music during the exercise.

• Daily logs : It can take daily logs of the exercises performed.

• Exercise information portal : It can store all information regarding various exercises

• Dark Theme (Android 10/+, portable to other versions)

This is a mockup which can temporarily perform these features. This was a challange put up youtuber Hitesh Choudhary. The main requirements are listed here . This app took 2 days to complete.
