Hello the passwords are kept in multiple places like the basic packer-creds.json but also
packer-disposable-windows/autounattend/windows_10/qemu
in:

    <AutoLogon>
        <Password>

and

        <LocalAccounts>
          <LocalAccount wcm:action="add">
            <Password>

and others

It seems those all are related to the same password - if that's the case it should single credential pair in some configuration in base level directory like the existing packer-creds.json .

If it's not the case then IMHO those still should be in single file, and only copied over during deployment to multiple other places.

Also there is winRM password - it's not clear if this should be changed and if it will be left in created image post deployment.
