Right now there's no easy way (except manually parsing the output...). It's
something I would have to add to the tool itself (not a plugin) and it would be
useful for sure.
I'll probably pick XML, but it's going to take some time.

There are still a few things to add to the XML output (mostly a parsed
certificate when using --certinfo=full).
As long as I haven't closed the bug, the XML scheme might change depending on
the feedback that I get.

--cerinfo=full does not give a parsed certificate; not sure if anyone actually
needs this.
