Support Hi-Res Mode

There are some "HiRes" ROMs in the Chip8 pack. Find some documentation about that and implement it.

Chip8 Debugger

Some ROMs do not seem to work correctly. Implementing a way to debug the execution (step by instructions, call/abort routines, jump, inspecting values, breakpoints, etc...) would go a long way towards identifying the problems that lie in the emulator.
This could also help for the development of Chip8 ROMs, though I doubt anyone cares.

Fix flickering

There are flickering issues with some ROMs.
These cannot be completely eliminated easily because of the way Chip8 works, as there is no instruction to force a video refresh.
A solution would be to analyze the Chip8 program, find the sequences of draw operations/draw routines, and insert video refreshes at the addresses of the end of those operations.
