rex-info fails with REXCapture pointlist files

Tested on WSL (linux layer of windows 10).

Mesh material ID should be UINT64_MAX for no material

Specification states:

If the materialId is INT64_MAX (Long.MAX_VALUE in Java), then no material is available.

the material ID actually is a uint_64

rex - off converter

I've made a small rex_mesh to off converter for rex-extruder in #35 which could be refactored to a standalone executable/service.

Fix problem with memory alignment for serialization

We have a problem with the direct read and write of memory blocks using pack(1) data. Therefore we have to switch to explizit serialization.

Base integration of simple reader and specification

rex-info: Material Should Also Show TextureID

The rex-info tool does not show the texture id if a texture is set in the material. This would make debugging exporter implementations easier.

Reader/writer for PointList

The former Vertex block will not be implemented but replaced by a PointList block. The specification will also be changed accordingly.

Implement support for scenenode in OpenREX

Currently the scenenode is only in concept, but not yet in code.

Reproduce compiling just the openrex target on win32. You need to clean the solution before compiling the previous commit 01de otherwise the error continues to appear although in a clean solution does not.
