From time to time, the wheels seem to make clicking sounds. I never really knew what was exactly happening. However, the robot is actually halting (for very brief periods of time) when these clicking sounds occur. So somewhere in the code the robot is told to halt when it shouldn't.

When one is reducing the dribbler bar speed (but not setting it to 0), then the dribbler sensor code will at this state assume that we have the ball, since it looks for the following three conditions:

1. Check if we have a reduced speed
2. Check if the data is above a logical speed
3. Check that the average commanded speed is not 0

This issue is not pressing at the moment, but something to keep in mind when working on dribbler control

At the moment robots automatically halt if they do no longer receive any messages for a total of 250 ms. However, this does not completely turn them off. It would be nice to be able to remotely turn off the robot.
