The field's center circle radius is increased to 60 cm, so is the stop rule changed or not? I meant is it 50 cm or 60 cm?

Another thing is where the penalty kick spot is? Is it on the center of penalty area line or somewhere else?

The field center circle radius will be 500mm for both divisions and so the stop rule will remain in 500mm as well. The penalty mark will be in the outer edge of the defense area (1200mm-divA and 1000mm-divB)
