str_paper's Issues

The code provided in the STR_paper is not plotting correctly

Prof. Hyndman,
I am trying to follow the steps provided in your paper.
However, the code fails in the autoplot part after converting to a dable.
I am using all the most recent package versions available at CRAN.
Did I miss something while trying to run the code?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Notes: If I run the code autoplot.dcmp_ts() manually (stepping into the source) it works fine. However calling autoplot for a dcmp_ts object returns the following error message:

Error: Problem with summarise()inputymin. x invalid 'type' (list) of argument i Input yminismin(.val, na.rm = TRUE). i The error occurred in group 1: .var = "log_Data". Run rlang::last_error()to see where the error occurred. In addition: Warning messages: 1: attributes are not identical across measure variables; they will be dropped 2: Ignoring unknown parameters: fill, level

The problem appears to be in the min_fn function defined within the autoplot.dcmp_ts() code. However, as I mentioned before, running it interactively, step by step, does not produce the error message. Only when calling autoplot directly.
