Fails to load

Shell files don't execute correctly on Mac OS 10.9.2

When building the CLIM3 spec, make seems to hang up.

Drilling further, we see that executing tex-dependencies results in the following output:

Clearly, echo must not be functioning correctly. Changing the shebang line in both tex-dependencies and strip-dependence files from #!/bin/sh to #!/bin/bash fixes the issue, and make works.

While the PDF is made, we do get an error:
