patchdiff.sh 解决如下问题。
存在持续开发的源项目。拷贝源项目进行独立开发，但需要同步原始项目的新增修改。
patchdiff.sh 计算源项目从被拷贝到某个时间点的改动，再将改动打补丁到独立开发的当前项目中。
TODO：
- git 是否有增强版的 patch 命令？
- patch 失败时会生成 .orig 和 .ref 文件，能否直接生成冲突文件？
- 更丰富的选项和参数支持？提供 git 库中的时间点和路径，计算 diff 文件。
