Use black to reformat the python scripts to be in keeping with the PEP8 style guides.

Usage in the command line:

pip install black
black filename.py

Add automated tests to a test directory, in the style of https://github.com/Rob217/Hermite-functions/tree/master/test

It is likely that it is not possible to test the figure output, but at the very least all of the inputs should be checked for edge cases and the function outputs should be checked.

Put better descriptions into README.

For example:

• show color palette
• show inline code usage

A figure dpi of 300 in Jupyter notebook or Jupyter lab makes the figure appear too big. Consider adding an option to either set the dpi when loading the style, or using a style 'Jupyter' which changes the dpi.

Could also create a plot figure function which then switches the dpi back to 300 for printing.

Implement as a function the option to remove upper x axis and right hand y axis (including tick markers):

axs.spines['right'].set_visible(False)
axs.spines['top'].set_visible(False)
axs.get_xaxis().tick_bottom()
axs.get_yaxis().tick_left()
